E. Creations will not be liable for any claim of personal injury, death, or damage to any persons or property however caused.

Full set-up - Location of Full set up must be free of clutter, furniture and debris prior to arrival of equipment. We will not move any furniture or clean the area prior to or post event.

A fee will be applied if there is a wait time before or after the event.

Areas of the drop off/set up for the rental equipment must be sanitary and clean. We reserve the right to forfeit your booking if we feel rental equipment can be compromised. No refunds will be issued.

All bookings require ground level event space.

A 15 day notice is required to request a date change of event.

All bookings must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to the event.

All bookings require a $150 incidental deposit refundable 24-48 hours following the event once inspected.

Upon arrival customers must fully inspect equipment and notify staff of any damage before any equipment is left with customers.
